Karaokesystem.com offers a 7-days after received products, no-questions-asked, total satisfaction return policy that covers most products you buy from us? and we'll even pay the return shipping fee.

Karaokesystem.com will process your return within two weeks from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number.

To return a piece of equipment:

Call (714) 450-6666 and request a Return Authorization, Write down whom named is authorize for return merchandise.

*Carefully re-pack your equipment in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items.

*Drop off the return at UPS or a UPS affiliated pickup site. UPS will pick up from your home for a $10 fee. Be sure to record whom named are authorize for return merchandise and retain the UPS return shipping receipt with the tracking number.

The Fine Print: We will refund your credit card account within two weeks of receiving your returned product. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of our receipt of the product, and your credit card account will reflect the credit in approximately three to seven days..
